Our No-Risk Return Policy

At Stoner Carts Store, we’re committed to transparency and a customer-first experience. Our no-risk free returns policy helps remove the pressure and ensures confidence in every order.

Returns

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will exchange it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Refunds

We issue refunds for defective products or when incorrect items are shipped. Refunds are processed within 30 days of us receiving your return, though you’ll typically receive your refund much sooner.

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days of our receiving the return, please contact us at sales@selectvapeandstrainshop.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue immediately.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email sales@selectvapeandstrainshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Our Error Policy

If the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective product), we will provide a full refund for the item plus any shipping costs incurred.
